Product Introduction
-
Absolute / Gauge pressure transmitters measure the pressure signal between a port and the process pipeline by using atmospheric pressure or vacuum as a reference. When silicon single-crystal material is subjected to external force, the electronic energy level state within the material changes, causing a significant variation in resistivity-this is known as the piezoresistive effect. Utilizing this effect, strain resistors are fabricated on a single-crystal silicon wafer through integrated processes, forming a diffused silicon sensor by constructing a Wheatstone bridge. When pressure acts directly or indirectly on the surface of the measuring silicon wafer, it induces minute deformation of the diaphragm. A high-precision measurement circuit converts this minute deformation into a voltage signal proportional to the applied pressure. After undergoing temperature and pressure compensation, a dedicated chip converts this voltage signal into an industry-standard output signal. Since the diaphragm detection circuit employs integrated circuitry containing built-in linearity and temperature compensation circuits, this transmitter achieves high accuracy and stability, making it highly suitable for use in various complex industrial environments.

Kind Tips
1. Power Supply Requirements
Ensure the power supply voltage remains within the 12V to 45V DC range. Exceeding this range may cause permanent damage to the transmitter.
2. Installation Precautions
Avoid applying mechanical stress or overtightening during installation, as this can deform the housing and compromise measurement accuracy.
3. Pressure Mode Selection
Select the appropriate pressure mode (absolute or gauge) based on your application requirements. Note that gauge pressure measurements require atmospheric pressure as a reference.
4. Media Compatibility
When used in corrosive media, please confirm the compatibility of stainless steel materials.
5. Storage and Handling
Store and transport the transmitter in a dry, static-free environment. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures or humidity to prevent performance degradation.
6. Calibration Maintenance
For critical applications, periodic recalibration is recommended to maintain accuracy over time, especially in high-temperature or high-vibration environments.
