The intrinsically safe flowmeter features a rugged 304 stainless steel housing, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and durability. Internally, it utilizes intrinsically safe circuitry that strictly limits electrical and thermal energy to levels that won't ignite hazardous gases or dust. This dual approach ensures absolute safety and reliability in explosive atmospheres.
The intrinsically safe flowmeter provides high-accuracy measurement (±1.0% of full scale) over a standard flow range of 0 to 500 L/min and operates reliably in extreme conditions, withstanding pressures up to 400 Bar and temperatures from 0°C to 65°C.
Types of Flow Meter
Variable area flow meters: The variable area flowmeter is an instrument for measuring the flow of liquids and gases in pipelines. It includes a vertical tube through which the fluid flows whose diameter increases from the bottom to the top and a float which can move vertically in the tube.
